How does it work?

We will lease your property from you, providing you with a guaranteed leasing fee for the duration of the lease. We will then rent the property out to local people who need help accessing quality, private rented housing.

There is no contractual commitment between you, the owner, and the tenant. The Council takes on full landlord responsibility including: tenant finding, tenant sign up, rent collection, some repairs and terminating tenancies.
